Technocraft Ventures IPO Opens on August 7; Price Band Fixed at ₹200–212
Noida-based infrastructure company aims to raise ₹251.88 crore; ₹150 crore earmarked for working capital
Hyderabad, August 4: Noida-based integrated public infrastructure company Technocraft Ventures Limited has announced that its Initial Public Offering (IPO) will open for subscription on August 7, 2026, with the price band fixed at ₹200–212 per equity share. The anchor investor bidding will take place on August 6, while the issue will close on August 11. The company plans to raise ₹251.88 crore at the upper end of the price band and will seek listing on both the BSE and NSE.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 95.05 lakh equity shares and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 23.76 lakh equity shares by promoter selling shareholder Kartikey Constructions (Partnership Firm). Investors can bid for a minimum of 70 equity shares and in multiples thereof.
According to the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), the company will utilize ₹150 crore from the proceeds of the fresh issue to meet its working capital requirements, while the remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes and issue-related expenses.
Founded in 1998, Technocraft Ventures is an integrated Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure. The company also undertakes projects in roads and highways, electrical transmission, urban infrastructure, and operation & maintenance (O&M) of public utilities.
Its portfolio includes water supply schemes, sewerage networks, sewage treatment plants (STPs), wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), transmission mains, reservoirs, trenchless and micro-tunnelling works, along with residential urban infrastructure projects. The company primarily executes projects for state governments and government agencies across Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Delhi, and has recently expanded into Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, and Odisha.
As of July 15, 2026, Technocraft Ventures had an order book worth ₹1,320.73 crore comprising 19 ongoing projects. The company has also recently secured L1 status for a ₹196.47 crore project from the Delhi Jal Board under the AMRUT 2.0 programme.
The company is promoted by Sanjay Tyagi, Rekha Tyagi, Kartikey Tyagi, Kartikey Constructions (Partnership Firm) and Sanjay Tyagi HUF. Managing Director Sanjay Tyagi, who joined the company in 2007 after serving for more than 17 years as an engineer with the Ghaziabad Development Authority, has played a key role in the company’s growth and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects.
On the financial front, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹344.99 crore and a net profit (PAT) of ₹43.32 crore in FY 2025–26, compared with ₹279.56 crore in revenue and ₹28.20 crore in profit during FY 2024–25, reflecting strong year-on-year growth.
