RFCL denies of Involvement of Management or Officials in engagement of contractual employment
Ramagundam: RFCL has dnied the recent allegations published through various sections of media about the involvement of Management or Officials of RFCL in engagement of contractual employment. “These are not true and intentionally made by certain vested interest with a mala fide intension to defame the Company”, said a official Press Release here.
All the above allegations against Management of RFCL are baseless and concocted to create false rumours. RFCL reiterates that contractual employment as contract worker or labour at RFCL is purely on a contractual basis and temporary in nature, said GM incharge S.K. Jha. “Hiring against the contract is the sole responsibility of the respective contractor and RFCL has no role to play in the said matter. The above allegations are seriously viewed by the Management of RFCL which is prepared to take all the necessary steps to avoid any disrepute to the Company”, he added.
The release also said that, “RFCL also assures the general public that it is committed of playing a significant role in taking India towards providing food security to all its citizens and it shall remain undeterred and continue to strive for its objective of providing adequate and timely availability of Urea to the farmers at affordable prices in the state of Telangana and to other neighbouring states.”
