MTAR Technologies Ltd (“MTAR”), a leading manufacturer engaged in manufacturing and development of mission critical precision engineered systems catering to Clean Energy – Civil Nuclear Power, Fuel Cells, Hydro Power & Others, Aerospace and Defence sectors has announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter of FY 27.

- EBITDA reported at Rs. 99.2 Cr. in Q2 FY 27 as compared to Rs. 17.0 Cr. in Q2 FY 26, 483.3% increase YoY
- Profit Before Tax stands at Rs. 80.3 Cr. in Q2 FY 27 as against Rs. 5.7 Cr. in Q2 FY 26, 1314.6% increase YoY
- Profit After Tax was at Rs. 59.8 Cr in Q2 FY 27 as against Rs. 4.2 Cr. in Q2 FY 26, 1309.5% increase YoY

- Profit After Tax was at Rs. 59.8 Cr in Q2 FY 27 as against Rs. 50.2 Cr. in Q1 FY 27, 19.1% increase QoQ
